 | 2 VALVES WALL ASSEMBLY
This two valves assembly combines a shut-off valve with a purge valve.
It is supplied with a wall-bracket enabling its mounting onto a wall.
The S2V allows the removal of an empty gas cylinder without disconnecting the downstream pipeline system (pressure regulator or the line piping).
It is available in two versions (4 and 8 mm passage).
The S2V is suitable for all gases except corrosive and toxic gases.

 | EMERGENCY AND MAINTENANCE INLET
The EUM is a mandatory component of a medical gas pipeline system with 1 or 2 pressure levels. In case of failure or maintenance of an upstream component, it enables to isolate the entire upstream portion of the supply system (primary, secondary and reserve supply) while enabling a continuous supply of the downstream pipeline system.
The EUM is available in two versions :
- EUM 50 : for pipeline systems with two pressure levels
- EUM 200 : for pipeline systems with 1 or 2 pressure levels demanding high flows |
 | THEO AFNOR TERMINAL UNITS
Terminal units are designed for the feeding of low pressure medical gas or vacuum to medical devices through a gas specific probe (NFS90-116).
The are fitted either into a medical supply unit (ex : bed head) or in a box on the wall.
The non return valve located in the base block enables the maintenance of the terminal unit (filter and main valve) without any obligation to interrupt the gas supply.
A facade wtih its protective flap with automatic opening and easy closing si available. |
 | DUAL SECOND STAGE REGULATING ASSEMBLY
The UD2 dual second stage regulating assembly is designed for medical gases used in hospital environement.
It reduces the pipe system pressure to the standardized terminal unit supply pressure (NF EN ISO 7396-1) |
 | OUTLET DEVICE FOR THE RESERVE SUPPLY
This device supplies a standardized pipeline distribution system (EN ISO 7396-1) with medical gas if the pressure of the main gas supply (primary or secondary) drops below the low alarm pressure level.
The SSEOLE pressure is adjustable from 1 to 9 bar. The installer is in charge of adjusting the pressure to the level selected for the reserve supply source.
In case of activation, depending of the original reserve pressure of SSEOLE, a pressure readjustement to the service pressure level may have to be carried out in order to tamper the LP alarms. |
 | DUAL LINE REGULATING ASSEMBLY
The dual line regulating assemblies L2D are designed to be part of a medical gas pipeline system requesting a secured line regulation.
They are designed to be installed at the outlet of the central gas supply sources, on a pipeline system with one or two pressure levels (according to ISO 7396-1 standard).
The L2D are designed for medical O2, N2 , N2, Air, CO2 and Air “instrument grade” (Air 800).
They are available in 2 models L2D3 and L2D5 according to the desired flows. |
 |
This unit includes the necessary components of a centralized distribution system of medical gases according to ISO 7396-1.
It includes a change-over, its dual line regulating assembly, an outlet device for the reserve supply as well as an emergency and maintenance inlet.
These various equipment are factory preconnected and the installation may be carried out swiftly on site.
Only the 3 connections to the sources (primary, secondary and reserve) and the connection to the line are necessary before the commissionning of the pipeline system.
The 3SG cabinet is available in unmounted kit for other pipeline system configuration.
This unit is available for installations with one or two pressure levels.
|
 | The low pressure non-return valves are designed to be a part of medical gas pipeline systems including the ones for oxygen. They are mostly installed at the outlet of the gas supply sources regulators to avoid gas returns to the regulators (preset at lower pressure) and identify any source defects. While servicing, they allow the separation of the regulators from the supply sources
without intervention on any other device (for instance E.U.M).
